Items Damaged / Lost in Transit
We will be liable for at most half of the cost in refund or replacement of items damaged or lost in transit.
Whether refund or replace is up to us.
Also time deemed sufficient by us for the courier company to address the issue must first be given.
The courier system is not perfect. We cannot guarantee no damage or loss during transit will occur.
All the couriers we use are reputable companies. However mishaps do happen.
Considering the transaction between you and us when you made the purchase is jointly entered into, our liability is only at most half.
In addition, damages deemed by us to be minor will not be considered.
