We reserve the right to refuse returns.

If we do, we reserve the right to charge a handling fee which is minimum of $55 or 25% whichever is the greater.

Ramps must be in perfect condition. Shipping charges are never refunded.

Please look at the dimensions of the ramps and ascertain if there is a good chance it will work in your situation. Then consider buying a small number of ramps for a self test.

Alternatively for Ipswich, Gold Coast, Brisbane and maybe Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba regions, consider to get us to do a prepayable onsite test placement. We only charge a nominal amount and often you will get half back towards the cost of the ramps if you proceed to purchase.
